New Features
Space/Zone Sharing Imports
With this release, we have added the capability to perform Space/Zone imports. This has been a highly requested feature by our clients.
New Import document types have been added under Space and Zone Import wizards called Space Sharing and Flex Zone Sharing respectively,
The import supports adding, modifying or deleting a Space or Flex Zones sharing properties. Users can specify the type of operation in the Action column (valid values are Add, Update and Delete)
All Sharing types are supported with the exception of Time of Day Sharing
In case where the supplied data does not apply to a given Sharing Type it is ignored. For example, Sharing Percentage applies to only Group User %; in all other cases it is ignored even if specified.
All business logic validation is applied when performing sharing imports as well.
Changes
Building/Floor duplication
The system will now allow only one duplication operation at a time. When a user performs a duplication action and another duplication action is currently being performed they will be shown a dialog informing them of this They can then wait a few minutes and try the action again This change will prevent the case where multiple users performing large duplications cause database resource contention.
When duplicating the progress indicator will now properly display for the entire operation. Previously the system had a bug where the progress indicator got removed too early, with the result that the system appeared to have hanged.
